Equity Experts was created to solve a problem. As managers of condos and HOAs, we witnessed communities struggling with delinquencies and a lack of proactive collection options. Our experience with software integrations and technology told us there was a better way to resolve delinquencies quickly, often without legal action.

Our Sales / Account Managers are responsible for overseeing the growth of integrated partners produced through our business development efforts as well as closing new end-user direct sales. Our SAM’s will work to farm business in our target markets and increase the utilization of our services from our contracted clients.

An Equity Experts Report Developer is responsible for producing and organizing our data and information. This includes programing reports within our data-warehouse and working with management and leadership with exposure to business intelligence functions.

Our System Administrator is responsible for our case management and other software programs, as well as general oversight of our IT vendors and needs. This role includes programming workflows and merging documents in our software, documenting our processes and overseeing process quality & control.

An Equity Experts Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and execution of our core services. This role includes working with a team of employees to ensure services and processes are delivered accurately and timely for our clients.
